Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Acupharm Compounding & Retail Pharmacy. We value your satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality service and products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Prescription and Custom Products

Due to the nature of prescription and compounded products, all sales of these items are final. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on medications that are dispensed based on a prescription or custom formulation, unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.

Non-Prescription Products

We accept returns on non-prescription, unopened, and unused products within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

We only replace non-prescription items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
