Orders and Product Availability Healthcare professionals may place orders for prescription and scheduled products by contacting us through email or WhatsApp. Non-healthcare individuals may only order non-scheduled products. All orders are subject to product availability and verification of prescription information when required.
Custom Formulations We offer custom formulation services based on individual needs. These products are non-refundable unless there is a proven defect or dispensing error.
Payment and Pricing Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or services without notice. Payments must be completed as agreed during order confirmation.
Delivery and Collection We deliver nationwide across South Africa. Alternatively, orders can be collected from our pharmacy at 77 Chris Hani Street, Potchefstroom, North-West, 2531.
Intellectual Property All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Acupharm and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Acupharm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site or any products purchased.
