• Nationwide Delivery: We deliver across South Africa via reliable courier services.

• Local Pickup: Customers may collect their orders directly from our pharmacy at 77 Chris Hani Street, Potchefstroom, North-West, 2531.

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of confirmation.

• Delivery times vary based on location, but most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days.

• Custom formulations may require additional preparation time, which will be communicated upon order confirmation.

1. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, and delivery location.

• You will be notified of the applicable shipping fees during order confirmation.

1. Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, we will provide tracking information via email or WhatsApp if applicable.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details or issues with the courier service, but we will assist in resolving any problems.

• If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details or recipient unavailability, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

• Currently, we only ship within South Africa.
